The management of Sterling Group is resolved to consistantly meet and where possible, exceed the needs of its clients by:
- Providing landscape and sports field maintenance services in a timely manner by experienced personnel.
- Ensuring that the equipment used causes minimum distruption to a clients normal operations.
- Offering clients a complete landscape and sports field maintenance service, covering diverse services and therefore negating the need for several different maintenance contractors.
In order to achieve its objectives, Sterling Group has established, and will continue to maintain, an efficient and effective Quality Management System that meets the requirements of AS/NZS ICO - 1994 Model for Quality Assurance in production, installation and servicing.
